As POA, I would like to express our thanks to Comfort Keepers for all of the assistance you have given our loved one and for the peace of mind we have in knowing that she is well taken care of.
She requires a heavy demand of care, 24 hour care, 7 days a week. The Comfort Keepers who are assigned to her not only take an honest interest in her well-being, but they treat her as family. They engage her in conversation, make sure she eats, read to her and discuss what is on television. Each Comfort Keeper works diligently to engage her in daily activities. We could not ask for a more caring and genuine group of caregivers.
We also have tremendous peace of mind knowing that she will never be left alone. The few times that the scheduled Comfort Keeper could not report as scheduled, you have always taken care of this immediately, even if it means that you send someone from your office staff until a replacement arrives.
Peace of mind, confidence and professional treatment is of great importance for us, and we can say that we have had that for almost two years now. We know that her quality of life is so much greater than it would have been without her Comfort Keepers. Thanks you for all you have done for her.
